Job Competencies

Job Requirements

MBO+/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
Excellent analytical and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Dutch).
Team player with a Safety-First mindset.

Duties And Responsibilities

Create and implement financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor the preparation and planning of budgets.
Cash flow analysis.
Accounts receivable functions.
Accounts payable functions.
Ensure that financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
Review all bank deposits and payments to assist in reconciling bank accounts.
Conduct periodic financial analyses to identify and resolve issues.
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
Inventory analysis, including physical counting and year-end adjustments.
