Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Responsible for accurate, complete, correct, and timely recording, reporting, analysis, and planning of financial data.
  • Tax filings: Handle tax returns such as VAT and corporate tax, as well as submitting subsidy applications.
  • Internal control: Assist in developing and maintaining internal control procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize risks.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing year-end reports per entity, and other financial documents.
  • Support and monitor financial administration.
  • Oversee the overall process in Exact.
  • Calculate cost prices and process them.
  • Act as a liaison for various stakeholders, such as general insurance, tax advisors, accountants, notaries, etc.
  • Prepare, monitor, and forecast cash flow and manage daily liquidity flows.
  • Contribute to the optimization of financial and business processes.
  • Manage and negotiate the insurance portfolio.
  • Provide information, advice, and support to the management team (budgets, monthly reporting).
  • Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts based on market trends and business performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial objectives.
  • Support managing financial systems like Exact, and resolve any issues or questions from other departments related to these systems.
  • Provide support for projects.
