HR Manager

As an HR Manager, you are responsible for the HR department, acting as the central point of contact for management, employees, and all HR-related matters. You take a leading HR role in absence management, training, and the onboarding, development, and offboarding of employees. You act as a key advisor to the entire organization. You initiate policy development in HR and organizational development and provide advice to management, both proactively and upon request. In this diverse and dynamic role, you will manage the HR officer and report directly to the director while being a member of the Management Team (MT).

Job Requirements
  • Hold an academic or HBO degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
  • At least 4 years of work experience, preferably within a production-oriented and commercial organization.
  • As an HR Manager, you are approachable and able to connect people and processes.
  • You possess a helicopter view and can analyze situations to arrive at solutions.
  • You are capable of implementing the organization’s mission and vision and demonstrate a hands-on mentality.
