As a Technical Maintenance Employee, you are responsible for the daily and preventive maintenance of the building and our machines. We rely on your technical expertise to solve problems quickly and effectively and to keep our production process running smoothly.

  • Technical knowledge and experience with various maintenance tasks.
  • Experience with air and water pipes, basic electrical engineering, metalworking, and welding.
  • Independence and the ability to plan and prioritize work.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills, with an eye for cost-saving measures.
  • Good communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Daily maintenance of the building and machines to minimize malfunctions and defects.
  • Troubleshooting: quickly intervene and find solutions for both minor and complex malfunctions, with an emphasis on mechanical and hydraulic problems.
  • Carry out minor improvements to the building within the possibilities of a rental property.
  • Maintenance of machines, with a focus on patching up where possible to save costs.
  • Working with air and water pipes, carrying out installations, repairs and maintenance of piping systems.
  • Basic electrical work: simple electrical connections and troubleshooting.
  • Metalworking and welding to repair or improve parts or structures.
  • Working independently and purchasing necessary materials, both locally and overseas.
  • Working cost-efficiently: weighing up repair options and providing advice on necessary purchases.
